Wouldn't it be great if you could check the time in a dark movie theater without having to illuminate your smartphone? What about not having to look down at your watch to check the time during a drawn-out client lunch?
The Bradley is a tactile timepiece that allows you to not only see what time it is, but to feel what time it is.
Instead of traditional watch hands, time is indicated by two ball bearings: one indicating minutes (top), and one indicating hours (side).
These two ball bearings are connected, with magnets, to a watch movement beneath the watch face. The magnets make it so that even if the ball bearings are moved when touched, they spring back to the correct time with a gentle shake of your wrist.
The minimalist face of The Bradley Classic features raised markers at each hour. To increase tactile legibility, there is a triangular marker for twelve, and elongated markers for three, six and nine. The track on the inside of the markers indicates the minutes, and the track running along the outer edge of the watch face indicates the hours.
40 mm (diameter) / 11.5mm (thickness)
Wrist size 6 1/4 inches - 8 1/2 inches (168-215mm), 10 holes each 5.5mm apart / 20mm width
Stainless Steel Mesh
Renata 371 button cell watch battery
Bradley will easily withstand splashes or brief immersion in water, like getting caught in the rain or washing hands. However, it is not sufficiently resistant for water sports, swimming or bathing. Bradley is NOT intended to be worn during high level activity sports.

This is a very cool watch unlike most on market, it get compliments often. It takes a while to get use to feeling time vice just glancing at your wrist. If bearings fall loose a small shake brings them right back to correct time. If you want a conversation piece pick this up.
I love this watch!

The Bradley watch is a marvel of form and function. It's eyecatching, well built and comfortable to wear. I've gotten used to telling the time by touch and I feel that anyone with limited sight would greatly appreciate having a Bradley.

I bought the Bradley because I thought it was a great concept even for someone like me who is not blind. It permits me to tell time in the dark (e.g., in a movie theatre) and at meetings without obviously looking at a watch. The mesh band permits much finer adjustments than a leather band with fixed holes. By the way, it keeps excellent time.
The only problem I have had is getting used to feeling where the ball bearings are on the dial. A gentle soft touch is needed to find them without disturbing them. This is a learning experience which is taking time. If you buy the Bradley expect a cool watch which may take a while to master.
