From the GULFMASTER series comes a new collection of Twin Sensor mode watches. The GN1000, designed and engineered to stand up to the rigors of maritime. A digital compass takes continuous reading for 60 seconds to help find you bearings at sea, and a thermometer feature helps to keep you informed about the environment around you. A Tide Graph feature lets you check tide conditions whenever you want, while a Moon Age indicator shows a graphic representation of Moon data. From functionality to design, everything about these new GULFMASTER models supports the men of the sea and their activities in harsh environments.
Part of the new G-SHOCK Series that’s designed and engineered with the maritime adventurer in mind.
The designs of these watches have been modeled after the look of shipboard instruments to create an attractive marine look. Large buttons are provided for critical light and sensor operations to help make operation easier and more intuitive.
An electronic crown switch and the use of multiple motors combine to enable conflict-free simultaneous operation of multiple functions, and smooth switching between functions.
A CASIO-original thin analog movement made possible by hybrid mounting protects against damage and enables auto home position correction that helps keep you on time all the time.
Tough Solar ensures stable operation even when using power-hungry functions.
WAVE CEPTOR (RADIO CONTROLLED)
Receives time calibration signals and corrects the time automatically.
MULTIBAND 6 allows reception of time calibration signals from one of six transmitters around the globe : Germany, The United Kingdom, The United States, China, and Japan (two transmitters).

The ultimate tough watch - born from a developer's dream of "creating a watch that never breaks." Guided by a "Triple 10" development concept, the design teams sought a watch with 10-meter free-fall endurance, 10-bar water resistance and a 10-year battery life.
At a time when it was commonly believed that watches were breakable items, the development represented a challenge to common sense. The number of experimental prototypes built for endurance testing reached over 200. And the structural development and parts improvement took approximately two years. After a long, hard process of trial and error, the brand was finally launched. A shock resistant structure that overturned conventional thinking about watches was realized thorough breakthrough thinking, including the ideas of a hollow- structured case, all-directional protective covering and the use of cushioning material to protect critical parts.
These were the fruits of technological development that insisted on "toughness" and a revolution in watch design. Since its launched, it has continued to evolve for 30 long years, carrying on the toughness of spirit and uncompromising passion that led its developers to persist in their unshakable belief.
