Shipping Policy
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $99 and a flat $19 international shipping to most countries (excludes collector display cases). Not all countries are eligible for $19 international shipping. Upgraded shipping options (estimated transit times and rates) will be quoted during checkout. All prices are in US Dollars ($USD). Most orders ship from Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. All transit times displayed are estimates based on the carrier's normal transit times so there is no guarantee your shipment will arrive within that timeframe. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Estimated delivery time for FREE shipping within the USA is 7-10 business days and standard international shipping is 14-28 business days (depending on your country). Because customs procedures & protocols vary by country, our estimated shipping times do not include the time it might take to clear your customs agency. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Watches.com has been shipping worldwide since 1999 and we ship internationally daily! Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. If you need the package quicker, there are various upgraded shipping options that can be considerably quicker such as UPS, DHL and USPS International Priority or Express, which will be quoted during checkout before you purchase anything. UPS does not deliver on most holidays.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither Watches.com, nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to Watches.com within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise it is ineligible for any insurance or refund claims.
Package Protection is an insurance for lost, stolen, and damaged packages, and we encourage customer's to add it to their order. As noted at checkout and in our Terms and Conditions, by not adding Package Protection, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Note: Per Casio's policy, Casio and G-Shock watches are not eligible for International Shipping. Any international order containing a Casio or G-Shock watch will be cancelled and all monies refunded.
